I am trying to find the cord to my camera to take better photos of the outfits I have lined up to put in my Etsy store, as when I crop my photos that I take with my phone go all grainy, but I haven't been able to find it since moving to this new house. A Delay With Videos

I am sorry to say there is going to be a delay with my AG collection video and my currently available on Etsy video that I had planned. My son was sick all last week and now I am sick this week, so there will be a bit of a wait until I can edit and upload the videos. Please bear with me. Thank you for your patience. :)

Videos and Birthday Gifts

Sorry it's been a bit since I posted last. I hope everyone had a great Halloween. My birthday was November 1, and my hubby was so great to give me a new chair for my sewing machine and a new iron. The chair I usually use is big and bulky and I wanted just a stool, but he got me one with a back so that I won't strain my back, but it has no arms to get in my way. The iron I use was just a quick, cheap one, but it is very light and I wanted a heavier one. The one that I wanted was sold out, so he made sure that the one he did purchase was a heavier one. It is a digital Sunbeam iron. I haven't tried either one out yet as my back has been an absolute beast, but I hope to in the next day or so. I did a bit of filming today. I have finally started to film my doll collection. Today, I did my AG collection. I filmed all the dolls with their accessories that I have for each one. I did them in categories, mini's, Wellie Wisher, historical, Truly Me, and Girl of the Year. With a bonus of my daughter's dolls, as I use them for models as well. We do not own the same dolls, so no repeats. I will eventually do Tonner, Silkstone, Barbie, Fashion Royalty, and BJD collection videos. They will all have separate videos. It will take me a few days to edit and upload so please stay tuned. I will post it here as well. I hope everyone is having a great fall day!!

Sewing and Sick

Hello everyone. I have finished 3 Halloween dresses for 2 different sized dolls, just need to make accessories for them. I have one left to finish, but I missed cutting out a piece and now I can't find the fabric. :S I woke up this morning really sick, so I'm hoping that I will be better in the next couple of days. I will hopefully get the dresses posted on Etsy within the next couple of days. I also have another dress to post, but I need to find a pattern for gloves to add to it. It was our Thanksgiving on the weekend and I made dinner for my mother on Sunday, and then we went to my mother-in-laws house on Monday for her Thanksgiving dinner. Both were great! I hope everyone in Canada had a great Thanksgiving!

Halloween Dresses On The Way

I have 3 dresses cut out for 2 sized dolls. 2 are for AG and 1 is for LD. Some of the embellishments I might use can be seen. I have a couple of other outfits almost ready to go and a few that have to be redone. Pictures are needed but it has been thunder showers here for a couple of days, so when they clear up I will get them up on Etsy.

Lea Clarke and Camille

I finally made it to an American Girl store!! My hubby and I had a planned trip to Toronto for a concert and we made a scheduled stop at Chapters and American Girl in the Eaton Center in downtown Toronto. I did not take any photos as we were with other people and so, I just looked at a few things, and then picked up Lea and Camille. Curtains and Pillowcases

I have been commissioned by my sister-in-law to make two sets of curtains and a set of pillowcases, so that's what I've been working on for the last couple of days. I finished the pillowcases, and now all I have to do is the bottom hems of all four curtains, which should be done today. Then it is on to some Halloween dresses for my dolls. Halloween is my favourite time of the year, as I love all the colours and costumes!! I will be going to Toronto this month, and I finally get to go to an American Girl store for the first time and pick out my doll in person! I will be getting Lea and I can't wait. I might pick up a Wellie Wisher doll as well. I like the blonde girl with blue eyes. I love how her hair is and her expression on her face. We'll see. I am so excited!!

Both sewing machines are sick...

Hello everyone. I have been sewing a little bit lately, but both of my sewing machines are giving me problems. One of them is not pulling the fabric through, so all my stitches are small and different sizes, and the other just doesn't sound right and have to bring it in to get it serviced. I don't want to ruin these machines by continuing to sew on them when they are like this. I have a few things that I need to list on Etsy, so I hope to add them very soon. I'm hoping that Canada Post does not go on strike, but the deadline is coming up soon for that, so I am just waiting to see how that goes. Hope everyone is having a lovely summer so far!

MIA apology

Hello everyone, I am so sorry for being so MIA lately. Health issues, and kid issues have kept me from sewing and pretty much kept me from doing anything else. Depression has hit a little as well, but I am hoping that by the end of June, everything will calm down as my kids will be out of school by then. I have been doing some sewing, and finishing up of some projects and hope to get them listed to Etsy shortly. I have one outfit for the Little Darlings, and a few more for the AG dolls. I have a few cut out and in stages of being worked on, but some of those might have to be put on hold, as my daughter is graduating grade 8, and received a free grad dress from our city, but she wants more rhinestones put on it, so I have to spend time putting on up to 6000 3mm, 4mm, and 5mm rhinestones on the dress with glue. Should prove interesting. I will post before and after photos before I start that in the next week. I hope everyone is doing well and has an awesome week.

Hello everyone. Sorry I haven't been around lately. Having a very stressful time with my daughter as well as worrying about my mother's health. I have had this little outfit cut out for a bit and started working on it today. Got a little bit of beadwork on it after finally deciding on what lace I wanted to use.
It is for Dianna Effner's Little Darling dolls. I also received my first Kaye wigs doll last Thursday. She is beautiful.
