Pictures

I finally got my pictures uploaded. I also ended up getting a Kirsten off of Ebay, and much to my surprise, she is marked Pleasant Company. She is gorgeous. I also have Lanie on her way and she should be here sometime this week. Can't wait. Well, here are some photos of all my girls so far.

Christmas Goodies and more...

Well, hubby was awesome this year. (Well, he is always awesome.) He actually got me #21 who I named Angelica Grace, #41 who I named Lacey Emma, sporty sneakers, ballet flats, Molly's saddle shoes, the school days outfit, the doll jewellry book and a hairbrush! I will post the link to my picassa story albums once I have them up and posted, as well as pictures on here.

Also, I am probably going to be getting Lanie and her accessories on Friday. One other thing, I have Kirsten on her way to me from Ebay, so this year has been a very good AG year! It's also my first AG year and I am very pleased. :)

Merry Christmas Everyone

Just wanting to wish everyone a Merry Christmas! I hope everyone gets what they want and is safe. We will be going to my mother's tomorrow for lunch, stay there for awhile, then come home.

On my wish list was a #21 and #41, plus some clothes. I will let you all know tomorrow what I receive! :)

Just put in my AG Christmas list to hubby...

Well, hubby thought that he would not be able to get me an AG doll for Christmas, because for some reason, he thought they were about $200. He decided to look through one of the catalogs and realized that they were under $100 and he said that maybe he could swing it! Then he realized he had more money than he thought so I am getting two dolls, several pairs of shoes and an outfit!! LOL I can't wait until they get here. I already have names picked out for them. :)

I will be sure to post pics of them when I get them as well. I still have to learn how to post pics properly with this blogger as I don't like them all willy nilly on the page.

I am still working on Noah's Sub, and asked hubby for a new memory card for Christmas as well so that I can actually take pics of my dolls and cross stitching without having to delete anything. :P

A little bummed today..

Today is the 14th anniversary of my best friends death. She died when she was 19 and 24 days after my 20th birthday. She was diabetic and never got a handle on it. She was an awesome person. We were inseparable for 4 years. We were closer than sisters. I am a much better person for having known her. I miss her soo much, though. It hurts. My daughter is named after her and I did get my first tattoo in honor of her. My third tattoo will also honor her.

Halloween Costume Swaps

I had entered two different costume/fall outfit swaps for Halloween this year on two different boards. Now that the outfits have been received and the pictures have been posted, I can post them all here.

First, I made a fairy costume for jchappa on AGPlaythings message board. Please do not mind the picture of my mom, I caught her blinking and turning her head at the same time! She is not drunk!! LOL

Next, I made a gypsy costume for Katie on Afghans message board. This time, I did not take a picture of my mom. She was mortified that I had taken the first one!!

I also received two outfits. The first was from vking on the AGPlaythings board for a gorgeous witch outfit that included a dress, apron, hat, cape, bag and broom. I love it!

And last but not least, I received a gorgeous fall outfit from Amy on Afghans message board. She sent a tiered skirt, short sleeved top and fleece jactket. Julie and I love it!! And of course, my one and only AG Julie is modelling everything!! :)

Been busy lately...

I have been busy with a few things lately. I joined two costume swaps and finally finished them and got them out today. I will post pics as soon as the recipients receive them with my new Julie modeling them!!

I now have to get busy with getting things ready for a church bazaar that the ladies asked me to make things for for Barbie. They donated extra wool and fabric to me and asked that I make a few things for their bazaar in return, and that was no problem. Have a few things to finish up and start. I have a few things crocheted, I have to sew a few things, and my mom has knitted a couple of things. Then, maybe I can concentrate on Christmas! LOL

Bye for now. :)
