MIA apology

Hello everyone, I am so sorry for being so MIA lately. Health issues, and kid issues have kept me from sewing and pretty much kept me from doing anything else. Depression has hit a little as well, but I am hoping that by the end of June, everything will calm down as my kids will be out of school by then. I have been doing some sewing, and finishing up of some projects and hope to get them listed to Etsy shortly. I have one outfit for the Little Darlings, and a few more for the AG dolls. I have a few cut out and in stages of being worked on, but some of those might have to be put on hold, as my daughter is graduating grade 8, and received a free grad dress from our city, but she wants more rhinestones put on it, so I have to spend time putting on up to 6000 3mm, 4mm, and 5mm rhinestones on the dress with glue. Should prove interesting. I will post before and after photos before I start that in the next week. I hope everyone is doing well and has an awesome week.

Beading

Hello everyone. Sorry I haven't been around lately. Having a very stressful time with my daughter as well as worrying about my mother's health. I have had this little outfit cut out for a bit and started working on it today. Got a little bit of beadwork on it after finally deciding on what lace I wanted to use.
It is for Dianna Effner's Little Darling dolls. I also received my first Kaye wigs doll last Thursday. She is beautiful. Happy New Year!!

I am hoping that the new year will bring in changes for me. Like sales in my Etsy shop. I would like to be able to put money towards our mortgage, as sewing is the only job I can do with my back injury. I am also hoping that my body will finally settle down and release the extra weight, so that the back pain will lessen and I will be able to do more. :) Lastly, I hope that everyone has a safe, happy and healthy Happy New Year!!!

Silk and rearranging

So I bought 1 yard each of 6 colours of silk and they came in today. Blue, green, yellow, purple, pink, and white all pastel colours. I needed the white for a specific outfit and couldn't find silk locally and I refuse to pay more for polyester silk. The first pic is all the glorious silk, the second is the fabric I am pairing together for outfit. I will also be adding beads and lace to complete it.
