My Dream Machine
Last month, Husqvarna Viking came out with a new top of the line sewing/embroidery machine. The Designer Diamond Royale! I finally had a chance to visit my local dealer and play with it for a couple of hours and I love it. I am going to start saving for it.

My Other Doll Obsession
You may not know, but I am not only into American Girl dolls, but I also love Tonner, Silkstone and BJD's. I haven't really done much with the Barbie Silkstone or Tonner dolls lately, but hopefully that will change soon. I have however, been really getting into BJD's. I have had one BJD for a couple of years now, but have really wanted several more. I have finally been able to order 2 more dolls and they should be here around my birthday in November. I have ordered a Fairyland RealPuki Roro and a Littlefee Luna. I can't wait. I have wanted these two dolls since I first set eyes on them about a year ago. I will post pictures of them when they get here, but will post links to the company website so you can see what they look like.

Second Swap and what I'm working on now
Well, I signed up for another swap and it was shipped out yesterday. Once the recipient receives it, I will post a pic. I am working on View B of the Netherfield pattern by Magalie of MHD Designs. I will post a pic later of all the pleats and the progress of the outfit. I am hoping to sell it probably on ebay. I also finished working on Magalie's pattern called Patchouli for Julie. I am keeping that outfit as I made a booboo with the serger. LOL It turned out fine though. :)

AGPT Swap Items
The AGPT swap items have been sent and received, so I thought I would post the photos of everything. First, the outfit and items I shipped out. I made a t-shirt, shorts, hoodie and over the shoulder bag. I also sent lots of goodies to England and my swap partner.
I received a wonderful outfit for Caroline, complete with socks and shoes.
I had a wonderful time doing this swap and signed up for another one on AGFans board. :)
Check back to see those photos.

Working on swap project
I signed up for another swap. I really use these to try and keep up with sewing. I have been doing a bit lately and want to keep up the momentum. I have done a few outfits for Caroline and Julie. I hope to have some nice weather soon to post pictures and hopefully start putting some outfits in my Etsy shop.
I have had to do a bit of traveling lately to see a back surgeon and a neurologist for my migraines. Just more continuing stuff from my car accident. Although I have have migraines and headaches every day since I was 16, they have gotten substantially worse since my car accident and have prohibited me from doing a lot of things. I try and get in things when I feel better or good, but my activity level has definitely dwindled to a mere trickle. Hopefully I will have pictures up soon. Thanks for reading. :)

Kit is here!!
We took advantage of American Girl's free shipping last week and ordered Kit for our daughter for Christmas. Ever since she seen her first AG catalog, she has wanted Kit. We ordered her accessories as well, but I was only able to take a quick photo of Kit herself as my son was due home and I didn't want him spilling the beans to his big sister about the new dolly. LOL I never really liked Kit, but seeing her in person makes me love her. She is just adorable.
In other news, I was supposed to be taking photos of my items to put in my Etsy shop, but unfortunately, the whole household, except for my son, got a nasty flu bug and put a stop to that. Hopefully this week, I will be able to finally put photos up and get things in my store. I have 4 hats for Julie, and a dress each for Elizabeth, Addy and Caroline.
Please excuse the huge photos. I resize all my photos, but photobucket just does not want to co-operate.
